The Leadership Team

In January 2026, we founded the UX4C Leadership Team.
The purpose of this group is to create the conditions for fellow alumni and UX for Change members with equivalent experience to continue sharing their regenerative journeys as they explore different concepts in the responsible design space. 

Here is how the Leadership Team thrives:

MONTHLY MEETING

5:30 – 6:30 pm (UK time) on the third Wed of every month, we hold a one-hour virtual meeting to share our growth as a  team

5-HOURS PER MONTH

It requires a five-hour per month commitment (including the monthly meeting). No more, no less

VALUE EXCHANGE

Reciprocal by design to make sure the value exchange between your time and what the team has to offer feels right

I want to plan an idea

Apply to the Leadership Team to plan the seed of an idea or continue growing an idea that you have started in a previous cohort (Fellowship or Collective).

STEWARD

I WANT TO care for AN IDEA

Apply to the Leadership Team to care for others’ ideas with a responsible design lens. This is a great option if you want to continue growing your regenerative design and leadership skills, but don’t have an initiative in mind.
